Lost Property

Here is a quick an easy way to lodge your Lost Property enquiry!

Use our online services.

If you are unfortunate enough to misplace your belongings during your journey in a Yellow Cab, Silver Service or Maxi Taxi, you can submit an online request. 

We do encourage you to use this service. 

To help us with your enquiry we do ask that you provide as much detail as possible about the lost item; with time, date, cab no. (if known) pick up address and destination. 

All drivers, owners and Depots are given a 24-48hr time period to hand in all lost items. 

If the item is found and matched with your report, we will be in contact with you.   

Our Lost Property department will do our very best to try and locate your lost items, but on occasions, it can take some time.
